It looked like a decent washer with nice features for the price but was completely unusable. Having to wait 6 days for it to be picked up to get pur refund and had to go elsewhere to purchase a different washer.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got it today put some clothes in ,Put it for a quick wash, I didn’t see any water in the machine at all so I paused the machine to look inside, as soon as I did that it displayed an error code of F- D,Which is a little error code,After talking to customer service I’m getting someone who’s going to look at the machine but there’s no guarantee they can fix it they might just replace it so if they replace it it’ll be my fourth washing machine,I have to miss work again , These machines are starting to cost me more than it’s worth

Not Sure How it Performs

It was on back order when I purchased it in the store, once finally delivered a month later the cold water valve was cracked on the back and water was squirting out during installation. So I sent it back to the store.

Not happy with this. i am hoping this will not affect the water pipes. I would not reccomend the washer machine. The dryer is fine.

Delivery guys said this is about the tenth time this has happened. Returned it for refund and bought an LG. Super happy with LG. We replaced a GE which lasted only 26 months.

Fabric softener won’t flush through

This washer isn’t even 6 months old and I have already having problems with it.

The replacement which was installed by the geek squad had the same issue and leaked on my floor damaging my base boards in the house I had just purchased, I finally had to have management change the brand that finally didn’t leak

Piece of garbage don’t buy

Then E5 code popped up. So I thought I might have put too many bed sheets in so the next load I put 5-6 towels in not even 1/4 of the way full. I had someone come out from Bestbuy to try and fix it but the repairman did not. He stated that I need to stop overloading the machine. I never overload the machine. This is my second replacement on this top load washer machine.
