Error Code E3, unable to send a repair man

Due to the virus Insignia won't send a repair. Which I understand, but there's no other option to have it repaired or replaced. Just a "Sorry, maybe one day we'll be able to come repair it". Sure, it's a luxury item. But when you're a nurse in an emergency room in Houston you need a way to wash and sanitize scrubs. I wish I would have just kept my old washer.

Don't buy this washer

The first one was replaced after 18 months because it was leaking (thank goodness I purchased the extended warranty). The second one lasted 10 months, also leaking with error messages on the readout. After the second washer broke I asked BestBuy if they would give me credit for the price of the Insignia washer. Which they did, and I used it to buy a slightly more expensive ($90 more) Maytag washer.

Returned it to the store the next day. We drove over an hour to another Best Buy to pick up another washer only to get it home and realize this one was also dented . This is very unacceptable from a reputable company

Once the first wash is done your cloths are soaking wet so u need to reset it to drain and rinse again for it to come out how it should.

Water valave issues

We waited 2 months and then Best Buy replaced the entire machine. The second had the same issue. Replacing with a GE. It's unfortunate as we liked this washer.

This is a nightmare of a washing machine. I would avoid like the plague. Don’t be fooled that it will work because it’s a “smart” machine but it’s truly very complicated and confusing to work for no reason. If you want to wash your clothes be prepared for it to take hours to wash one load. And if you still purchase this, good luck to you!
