Doesn’t spin out due to unlevel load

However for no reason it started not spinning out and just washing excessively. It washed one load of clothes for 5 hours one day. It has sensors that are supposed to keep the load balanced but i pushes all the clothes to one side. Glad my warranty was still in effect. Traded in for a traditional type washer with no sensors

Washer quit in 4 months

That’s a joke over two weeks for initial appointment for them to come for 10 mins and tell me need to order a part and will be another 2 weeks until they can come back. I have a family of 8 unacceptable

Stopped working

Bad experience

Steam comes to the panel if you use the hot/warm cycle.. the clothing gets tangled up several times making the cycle interrupt, even arranging evenly … returned the product !!

A Lemon :(

They assigned me a service tech that never came out and didn't answer the phone. About 12 months in it started squeeking when it runs and sounds horrid, and now 20 months in it is continuously dripping water out of the place it fills the tank from internally even when off.

Insignia Washer, no deal!

Bad service

We had to return it and get our money back, because several Best Buys didn't want to exchange it, even though we had bought the warranty.

Poor quality, high level water pipe racket unacce

One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. It was ok for about the first year. It’s never been great! Now, it has to be babysat or it just continues to drain and refill for hours on end. Has doubled my water bill. Please don’t waste your money!

Save your money buy something better!
