Has naked wire and leaking water

While the washer has naked wire and leaked water everywhere and the guys who came to install both units were disappointed. I went to the store to change the washer and the dryer to get Samsung brand two pairs open box. After the supervisor gave me, gas dryer for $561 and washer for $345, I made a payment and as i was about leaving the store, they canceled the order; saying they won’t be able to sell it again for that offer given to me.. wasted my time and energy for an 1hr waiting for a member of the management.

Tried to get Best Buy to help me considering how short of time I’ve had this machine and was told to buy another one due to warranty expiring less than a yr prior! Its loud as heck the water despenses then stop making a loud noise every 30 secs that it start and stops fill for efficiency Then theres the valve that causes the noice that gets stuck alot resulting in e1 code failure to fill. Bite the bullet and spend the extra money for a reputable brand

Don’t waste your money

I definitely don’t recommend this brand
