Kept getting an error code E-3. Got another one a week later and same thing. Don't buy this brand. I ended up going with Whirlpool for number 3 and it works great!

Best buy has been great about it; however, the last TWO times they tried to deliver a replacement, those have also been dented. And I don't mean small dents either. It looks as if they've really been beat up. STILL waiting for a dryer that's not damaged.

Could not get parts needed to fix washer.

No parts are available for this washer. The reputable appliance repair could not locate any part to fix and called Insignia they said no parts available. So I contacted Best Buy, wrote the main office. NOTHING, the customer no help said its out of warranty. That's not the problem no parts are available. I have bought from Best Buy because there were never any problems. Never again will I by a $1.00 item from them. Will pay off my Best Buy Credit card and throw it in the trash can.

Three things 1.Its so loud on every cycle I could hear it outside my home 2.Its shook so hard that the drain hose came out and water was all over my landry room floor. 3. Again shook so hard that my Detergent fell off the shelf and waste on the floor . Inexpensive is not always a good thing .

The drum also felt very wobbly inside the walls of the appliance and I was surprised that it last as long as it did. To add some context, we are a two adult home and would use this about once per week. Definitely would not purchase this appliance ever again.

The driver told me not to use it since it leaked all over my floor. Told me they will replace it the same day which wasnt true. Ended up ordering a different washer.....They came by the next weekend and did the exchange.
