I think it is completely unprofessional they way this has been handled I can guarantee I will never buy another appliance at Best Buy. 2 washers later and waiting for Jason to a third man that’s really insane! Don’t buy a washer at Best Buy!!

I only had socks and shirts in there. Having to drive 45 min to return and wait for one to be delivered is ridiculous.

This machine did not laste more than a year. Thank God I paid for extra warranty. Kept getting a ln E1 error and lastly it started leaking from bottom. Terrible machine.

Would never get again

First one shook and was so loud, it eventually stopped draining. Got a replacement for it to have a broken hot water valve where it continuously is pouring hot water in even while the washer is off.

Had geek squad fix it and it worked for 2 more weeks and then started leaking again. I am returning this unit and going with a GE instead. If this washer didn’t leak it would be a great machine but I really need the water to stay inside the machine
