I’m glad I went with this washer. It’s quiet, efficient, user-friendly, uses a small area of space in my laundry room, energy efficient, and costs less than the other brands. I’m recommending it to my friends.

Had this washer for a year and has had no problems at all with it 10 out of 10

We love this washer! We had a really old one that finally kicked the bucket and we couldn’t get it repaired (parts are no longer made for it). So we headed down to Best Buy after looking online and found this one. We were concerned that it might be too small for our family of 5 but it has plenty of room for all our clothes and bulky items. We love the water saving/sensing feature built into it and all these newer models. It’s also kind of novel being able to look through the glass lid and see our clothes washing. We are happy with this purchase and are now saving up to buy the matching gas dryer once our current one kicks the bucket (it’s really old too!).

A very efficient, quiet, washing machine! Purchased it when it was on sale and it has been a good purchase - so far! Recommend this machine to others as it has been a good choice.

For ilthe price what i got it for it was nice does it job but then you start to see the washing cicle does not wash as well as you think. Still gets the job done, if i would of knowen i would of got a spin washer for the extra price.

E4, E4, E4 lord baby Jesus E4, I cannot even wash a shirt and a pair of pants without the stupid thing being off balance……. It was like this ever since we got it but in the last 3 weeks it can’t even finish a wash period. Real convenient that I am also 1 month out of the 1 year warranty as well. I would not recommend this cheap washer to anyone don’t waste ur money there is so many e4 off balance complaints they should have to recall the thing….. don’t waste ur money

Family of 8. Absolutely love my new washer and dryer. Price is very reasonable. Washer is powerful, great for heavy loads and the dryer works like a charm. Definitely recommend.

Good washer for family of four clothes clean and smell fresh

This is a very terrible washing machine. I don’t know who came up with it, but they need to go back to the drawing board instead of the washing machine just spin around in a complete circle it agitates in half circles and all it does is ball up your clothes. It starts off, spinning with no water in it that I don’t understand it makes a lot of noise and the washing machine is always unbalance with your clothes in it. I will never buy, this again when something is not broke. You should never try to improve it. The older washing machines spin your clothes all the way around and were very quiet. These are very noisy and then you can’t even set it on a low setting. You have to allow your clothes to wash anywhere from 50 to 60 minutes and I think that’s ridiculous. That’s a waste at least with the old washing machines. You could do the water level all the way around this was a stupid invention and the person that called their self improving washing machine machines need to go back to the drawing board.

This washer replaced a Frigidaire washer (set) after about 20 years of use. I believe this Insignia washer is actually a Frigidaire, rebranded, with a different (nicer) control panel. I wanted a top-loader with an agitator. More water can be added with the press of a button. However, it does a good job of determining the proper amount of water on it's own. It's very attractive, with a large window in the lid. The tub capacity is pretty huge! It's quite gentle on clothes, yet gets things nicely cleaned. The display that counts down the cycle time is also a nice feature. The price was less than very similar products elsewhere. Customer service with Best Buy, and the delivery company, was top-notch. I'm happy with my new washer!

The 4.1 is a good size top loader. It’s deep so washing blankets and comforters no problem The washer is pretty quite and we like all the settings. Highly recommend. We purchase an additional warranty.

HUGE washing machine! We LOVE it! The settings are awesome, it’s super quiet, and it even has a self cleaning option! I live in a multi-family home, 5 adults and 2 kids, it washes all of our clothes effectively and efficiently. The only downside is that it’s pretty tall. I’m 5’5” and I need a step stool to reach the bottom of it.

So although it's badged as an Insignia which alone would have been enough for me to buy, it's actually a Frigidaire washer. We like it a lot. The tub is not ony stainless steel but pretty big. Great buy at $449 and works great for taking care of my family of 4 with two high school athletes. Definitely happy with this pick.

This unit has a high capacity, and many setting options. We like that the clothes come out cleaner than our old washer did. Takes double the amount of clothes than a standard unit. Also the Best Buy delivery team was fast and did an excellent job. I would recommend this Washer, and the price delivered was great.
