Told it was nothing to worry about when it was in warranty from insignia. Now it's out of warranty and they won't do anything. Waste of money. Spend it on another product. Best buy and insignia both unwilling to help

Washing falls apart

The washer makes this huge clunking sound when it changes settings. Clothes come out so wrinkled that even drying them in the useless dryer does no good. Be prepared to iron Everything.
