Terrible Washer

First I had to buy two water hammer arresters to stop the house pipes from banging whenever the washer turned the water off, i.e., many times during each wash. Now, after just two years, the transmission gear case needs to be replaced & it will cost as much as the whole washer.

Dryer didn't work, for a replacement you sent a washer. You tried again and I now have a dryer that works. You keep sending emails to schedule a time to deliver the washer now.
