Too confusing for older generation to operate. No washing machine need that many options, most you'll never use. Wash cycles too long. Water sensor doesn't sensor that well. & makes too much noise. The list disappointing things too long to mention!

Looked for part replacement options, non available. Very disappointed in the product and months after canceling the annual warranty subscriptions due to covid in 2020.
