    leaked upon intallation. promptly called and returned. bought the 3.8 Cu ft version and that one worked wonderfully

    Bought an insignia washer and it lasted exactly 2 months after the one year warranty warranty I think that’s terribleVery disappointed with the product

    Machine takes forever to do a load of laundry on the quick setting and it constantly throws error codes I’ve done everything

    I had to return it. The delivery person did not want to locate the washer on my laundry room and left it in my garage. Very impolite and said no to everything. I had no other alternative to call and return th washer.

    bought washer 13 months ago. 1 month out of warranty and the transmission goes out in the unit and it cost more to fix than i paid for the washer. will not be buying another one of these.

    Worst washer I have ever owned. Had to return it twice and buy a better washer. Water doesn’t enter tub during rinse cycle. Doesn’t complete a cycle. Many issues.

    Washer started leaking water less than 2 months after buying. I wasn’t offered a protection plan so now I have to buy another washer. Would not recommend

    Stopped workin on day 29. No parts available to replace it. Best Buy is trying not to replace it. Not a good situation.

    Purchased this item early September and got it early October. If that wait was not long enough, when it was delivered it had a huge dent on it and I had to wait to get a new replacement TWO weeks later.
