Yes I read Insignia was manufactured by BB using mismatched parts here & there but if it was they must have used the high end parts for my machine. I took a chance with this $400 washer and glad I did. Had this for 3 months & what a powerful efficient set. HE machines are great..some reviews say little water comes out..well there is a button for Water Plus if your old school and have to drown your clothes to get clean. The tub is deep in the washer and handles my Cal-King bedspreads with room to spare! My grandson owns very little clothes and when it estimates the load if adds enough water to cover such few garments. If your budget minded & product savvy this is the machine for you. I noticed the amt has gone up by $100. Glad I got mine when it was cheaper. It's quiet except for the spinning because that is one heck of a rotation. You need that to expel all the excess water off your clothes. For the price I hope it at least last me 5+ years. Oh the delivery guys at BB did an excellent job of bringing all the required parts for both washer & dryer.. Appeared professional and did the set up and hauling away of my old set in a timely manner and letting me inspect their work before they left. Thank you Best Buy..

Delivery guy was fantastic. He put it right where I wanted it and gave me useful information to make sure it was set up correctly. Best of all, the delivery was free!
