Much more washer than I wanted, but I could not beat it for the price. It came out of the box with a large dent in it. It is made in China. Works like a dream.

This is a decent washer for the price. I like the size and the easy to use features. I do not like that you cannot run any water while the lid is open (i.e. to rinse your soap cup). It seems like it does a good job although my clothes seems to have a smell to them even after a wash (I use all unscented detergents).

Purchased this unit because it was big enough for what we needed but also reasonably priced. We love this unit. So many options for different cycles. The glass lid is nice to be able to look in if you need to check something. The display shows the time remaining in the cycle which is nice as well. Plenty big enough for two king size comforters at the same time.

Efficient and quiet, this washer has done a great job so far. It's not a huge machine but holds quite a bit of laundry.

Simple and wonderful to look at. The best part about them is the function so well. I bought these after my almost 20 year old maytag neptune set starting going on the fritz. It washes well and, with the proper detergent, easily saved a hot cocoa stain on my daughters shirt that had already set and dried by the time we could throw it in. There is absolutely no reason to have any sort of skepticism about these, them not being branded by samsung, lg or ge -- I don't see why these aren't considered to be just as nice performers!

Had this washer for a year now and love everything about it! It’s big, efficient and easy to use. I recommend it to everyone. My father just bought one as well.

So far I havent had any problems with it. I guess you can say im a bit niave. when I started the washer it started rotating the cycle without any water in it. It took me a few loads to realize it was just sensing how much clothes were in the washer. Other then that it works well. the company also installed it for me. I really appreciated that. Go ahead and laugh. I can laugh at myself and my stupidity sometimes.

Runs pretty quietly and efficiently. Easy to operate

I have had this set for a couple months now. I got the discount for buying them together. The set was cheaper then the bases of some front load machines. I needed a set and was on a tight budget. Not only did these machines fit into my budget they do a great job. Clothes is always clean. The dryer does a great job too. I have not had to run anything in the dryer a second time and I only have it set to normal options. I've owned much more expensive front load machines and they didn't do anything this set doesn't. Both machines run fairly quiet as well.

I have only had the washer for about a month and so far I love it. It is super quiet. It doesn't take forever to wash a load of clothes and I love love love the see through top. I order it online and was able to pick it up the same day!

Love the size and easy to use. If you forget to add clothes-it opens easy. It does seem to take a little longer than my last machine but so far working well. Love the soft close lid.

needed a washer in a pinch.. had never tried this brand and wasn't sure of it, but as a single mom, the price was decent so I took a chance. BEST decision EVER!! I LOVE IT! It's much bigger than I thought it would be, meaning I can do more laundry at one time. Quiet machine, strong, sturdy and everything comes out super clean every time!

Excellent washing machine it's quite, washes excellently without any problems. The price is right. I don't know why I waited so long to purchase this. It's a better washing machine than my previous famous name washer that cost more than twice as much and it wasn't expected to last any longer. I will never buy the famous name brand again.

It has been almost a month since I’ve gotten this machine. I am currently pleased with my purchase. It is wide and it fits a queen size cover and washes throughly. My old machine I had to run it twice to drain. But not this one. I love that you can stop the machine if you needed to add more clothes. I also love that I can see through the glass while the clothes washes.

Works great, quite and cleans cloths well. It had one job and that’s to wash cloths, it does this effectively.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Insigna washing machine. It's quite and water efficent. It takes up minimal space. it looks small on the outside,but it can hold a surprising amout of laundry. The salesperson that assisted me was very helpful in describing the mechanics of the machine.

I only have this washing machine for a week. The wife and I really like it! Love the agitator action. Water levels are perfect. I don't understand why the machine agitates back and forth a couple times before the water starts, but I think it is weighing the clothes in order to predict the water level. My only qualms are: -Can't keep the lid open while filling with water. It stays locked through the whole cycle. -The clothes become piled up during the initial part of the cycle when the machine is calculating the water level with the agitator going back and forth without water (although they DO eventually even out!). -There's a LOT of spin time during the rinse/spin cycle (and yes, the clothes DO come out almost dry) which extends cycle time. Average time for "normal" wash is 75 minutes. We are pretty happy, though. I hope this last at least 10 years!
