I love everything about my new washer. It's easy to operate, quiet and very efficient.

Great washing machine so far. It's quiet and it's very sleek looking. It's really the perfect size too.

We have had this washer since Aug of 2019 and it has been excellent!! The washer cleans the clothes really well has a lot of useful features and boy can it handle a load. My favorite features are the looks, it looks like a more expensive unit, and the wash timer so you know exactly how long it is going to take just set the washer and have Alexa remind you. Don't hesitate go get one today, we got ours on sale for $399

I loved this washer. The size makes it easy to get through my laundry fast. Things came out clean. The soak option alone was worth the step up from the most basic model. It worked great for just under 2 years. Then it broke. I had the protection plan, but there were no servicers in my area, so they credited me the cost towards a new one (wpuld also have given me a new one, but would have cost $ because I bought a floor model). The catch is... there are no affordable parts. A friend tried to acquire a replacement part, but no one in town carries them, and they were super expensive online. This is a great machine, but when it breaks, don't expect to be able to have it repaired.

good washer. have no complaints. first came damaged, but they replaced it easy.

The one thing I was worried about is that I am so used to letting a washer fill w/ water b4 adding detergent and especially bleach b/c i don't want to subject clothing to the raw, undiluted stuff. Others have complained that they can't add that stuff while the water is loading. But I think that is by design as part of their child-safe thing. Regardless, it doesn't matter. The washer has ports to pour your detergent, bleach and softener in. You put you clothes in, it locks up and jets wash the cleaners in. So they really are diluted like we want and I promise, it cleans gooood. It's actually easier than trying to time it yourself. And so efficient. Unless you don't want that. I washed a ragged but wonderful king comforter that really needed 3 washes, set it to soak, heavy soil, etc. and it hit that thing for 2 hours - which is just what I wanted. Done fantastically in 1 wash. For normal washes, it doles out the water precisely and is just perfect.

Really love the glass top & all the settings ( even has delay) . Washer handled my queen size comforters without problems. Unfortunately though we did need new shocks replaced on it ( but it was after about 4 yrs & was covered under warranty) but we are definitely satisfied with the product

I was really skeptical with this brand! On my second wash one of our sheets got stuck in the agitator and ripped the sheet! Other than that incident it works great and I like the different cycles and it’s quiet!!

This washer does an adequate job. It is different than other washers I've had in the past. When you load it and turn it on, it starts rotating the agitator without water and bunching the items up to one side which is opposite in ensuring that you have everything balanced. After bunching everything up, it starts the water. I have to watch it, pause it manually, and spread the clothes out. It struggles with bathroom rugs and jeans. Both come out rather wet as it cannot spin them well. I had a front loader prior and everything was always spun well and not excessively wet like with this machine. It is very water efficient, but that comes at the cost of not filling enough with larger loads. If I keep my loads small it is not a problem, but larger loads require you to hit the water plus button which helps but not enough. So you have this really large in size washer that cannot handle being filled up. In the end, I think I am wasting more water by running many smaller loads.

Just replaced the set after 4 years. I have a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, so they got used a lot! Overall they are good machines. After 3 years of use the dryer began to take multiple cycles to dry a load and after 4 years of use the washer would intermittently not spin out all of the water. Overall, I would recommend these to an average family with 3 to 4 members.

We have had this washer for almost a month now. It is a great machine. The first washer that was delivered had a small leak, but Best Buy had a quick replacement turn around and the second machine is in perfect working order.

Great price but you get what you pay for. I have to move clothes around almost every wash because the agitator is so weak. It barely rotates. Again, decent value but is not great for thoroughly cleaning clothes. The size is solid. I can fit a king bedspread with minimal issues.

Excellent washing machine for the price. Such great machine for the cost and all its abilities.
