Save your money and get a better machine. This washer is complete garbage. The so-called Eco Sense feature is nonsense. Even with a small load, it constantly “detects” an imbalance and decides the best solution is to rinse and spin again... and again... and again. If you try to stop it and manually run a drain and spin cycle, you have to babysit the thing to make sure it doesn’t freak out mid-spin. If you don’t babysit it, it’ll finish the cycle with your clothes absolutely soaked. Then you’re forced to rearrange everything and run another spin cycle anyway — wasting time, water, and electricity. The wild part? I bought the cheaper version of this same model (the one without the glass lid) for another property, and that one actually worked better. This upgraded model is a downgrade in disguise.

I love my washer and it really is like they described it on the website! The company that dropped it off noticed it was damaged and they hauled it away no problem and Best Buy sent me a new one. When the company was installing the new one they damaged my wall and they didn’t want to reimburse me for the damages but Best Buy did no issue!! If you’re going to get your appliances I highly recommend Best Buy !!!

I’m very happy with the insignia washing machine. Easy to use and it does a very good job washing the clothes. I have a small laundry room and this washer fits perfect. So far I don’t have any complaints about my purchase.

Very nice and easy to use no to high for the price

Great washer great price. Was looking for a simple washet without alot of "bells and whistles" just a simple washer. I looked at many washers and found this one. It was just what i was looking for at Bestbuy. I bought it online and picked it up at the store where it was loaded for me. Great service.

Perfect size for my apartment just an amazing washer and dryer

For what it’s worth, it looks nice and fancy. It’s not bad but occasionally, I get an E1 error code and have to go and restart the washer or change it to drain and spin because it doesn’t complete the whole cycle. It’s as easy as a setup as you can ask for, install is effortless and it’s very quiet when it’s running. I’d like it better without the E1 error though.

I don’t need all the bells & whistles so I picked this washer. Prefer the top loaders to the front loaders. Only issue I have is that it spins you clothes before it adds water & this sometimes unbalances the load. I have to stop it when it gets to the spin cycle and rebalance so it doesn’t make an awful sound.

I like it so far. Plenty big enough for everything at my house.

this insignia washer is very quiet and easy to operate, the selections are easy to see and understand. the unit cleans very well, it auto-adjusts for load sizes and gives a beep when done , be sure to remember to press the fabric softner option before starting if applicable

We had a bit of back and forth getting this machine. We had bought this initially in November, though there was a fault that wouldnt allow the machine to process past the rinse cycle. We contaced customer support to pick up the washer and exchange for another, though we didn't get the delivery. We went into store to repurchase the machine, which when installed, worked beautifully. A much better experience than the first washer received. It's super efficient and we've had no issues with the new machine.

I was in need of a new washer, didnt have alot of money to spend on one. The price for this washer was good, I like the look of this washer and the performance is great. I would definitely recommend this washer to my friends and family.

So far, this washing machine has far exceeded my expectations. It has a lg tub, so you can wash a comforter. It has multiple settings for different size loads and different cycles. Able to select more water if wanted and a soak cycle.. Have only had this one 3 weeks now but i have to wash a small or medium load every day as my wife is on hospice and so far ,so good..
