Not able to tell actual water level after water is added, because the lid is dark color. I like the lid that can lift and add more water when I think it's not enough.

good value washer

I thought it was a very good value (I bought the matching dryer as well) It is slightly loud and sometime the tub seems to get slightly off-kilter in the spin cycle but overall I think it's going to be ok. Need more time to evaluate but happy so far I guess.

They could have ask ed me about the placement of the washer and dryer sice i paid for the installment.

The extra water feature, the aggitator in the middle, the timer, huge tub OMG! The high efficiency washer is the new thing but I like the old way of having my clothes covered in water. Do your homework

I've never bought this brand, but he explained they are all made by the same company. Not sure if this is true, but do your homework as other brands sometimes offer much better warranties. They didn't have it in stock so I picked it up online. I had Best Buy do the hook up and removal. I got a solid 17 months of use (once per week - Older person living alone). The questions people have on reliability are no joke. This thing has had intermittent issues from day one. Sometimes it would not drain, sometimes it would not spin, other times, it was end the cycle early. But never consistent enough to where you can figure out what an issue would be because it would work fine for a cycle or two. Most recently the tub has been filling with the machine completely off. Then today the screen started counting up and flashing and now it will no longer turn on. Best Buy says sorry, call the manufacturer. Buyer Beware.
