Insignia Top Load Washer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased the Insignia Top Load Washer and Dryer on 09/14/21 and was delivered and set up by Best Buy on 09/15/21. Washer worked great for two weeks and now we cant even complete a load of laundry due to receiving errors with the rinse and spin lights. Purchasing brand new equipment we as consumers should not have to worry about items going out in a short period of time.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was doing laundry today and had a random thought to myself “I’ve had this washer and dryer since I bought my first house in 2019.” I bought this washer and the matching dryer in 2019 and have not had one single problem with either one of them. I don’t often write reviews, but figured this warranted a 5 star rating. I’ll likely stick to this washer and the dryer when I do need to replace them. Super happy with these purchases!

It only lasted 2 years before it had a major malfunction. Now, it did do its job during that time, but 2 years, come on! Thankfully, I purchased the extended warranty. When I called Best Buy to find out how to get the washing machine repaired, they put me in contact with one of their subcontractors. I called them, explained what was going on, then was told that there are NO replacement parts for this unit, and that I would have to go to Best Buy to request a replacement. Let's just say I didnt buy this particular brand again.
