Best Buy Should Be Ashamed

It is loud and takes an unnecessary long time to wash items. The UI is awful and the agitator inside the machines is worse. Best Buy should be ashamed of itself for selling it.

Washer has been leveled the whole time and still gets out of balance. Will start rinse cycle over each time it gets out of balance. Does it 3 times, then error message. Can no longer do sheets as they always make it go out of balance. Can only do huge loads and things get stuck under the agitator. Nothing in manual about removing agitator, and softener tray doesn't rinse all the way. Always water left in it. Don't buy!!

And worst is, others have the same problem. As a total Best Buy member, I am very upset. Why sell a machine that has these issues. So here we go again. Wait on hold for an eternity to speak with customer support. My entire house is Insignia TV's, my Dryer is Insignia.. and my fridge is from Best Buy as well.
