We are in healthcare and have numerous loads of wash to do throughout the day and it has been so nice having a quiet and efficient machine!

I have had my warranty company out twice and had to pay 100 each time for nothing to be wrong other then the cycle being used . and the machine is in hanging springs to everything splashes out if the wrong cycle or fill past the low level.

BEST BUY TOLD ME THEY NO LONGER CARRY THE PARTS TO REPAIR THIS DEVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SEARCHED LOCALLY FOR A REPAIRMAN, BUT NO ONE WAS WILLING TO WORK ON THIS BRAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It only carries a 1 year manufacturer's warranty (that should have been my first clue, but sadly I didn't realize that when I bought it). I had my machine for only 2-1/2 years and it broke. To be honest, it functioned poorly shortly after installation, was throwing error codes left and right. Eventually, it completely stopped draining. I ended up having to ship it to one of Best Buy's hubs for repair since that was my only alternative option, but because I never paid for the protection plan and it was no longer under Insignia's warranty, Best Buy claimed there was nothing they could do because they supposedly could no longer get the parts to fix it! But I feel they just didn't want to fool with it. Best Buy, nor Insignia, would stand behind the quality of their products! Save yourself the headache and lost money and look elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service! Would leave a zero rating if I could! Won't be purchasing from Best Buy anymore!
