Well... I thought I liked this washing machine looks wise it's A 10/10 washing wise though? It's more of a 5/10 I mean it gets the job done but it doesn't wash them hard enough for $500 and the people didn't put it together for me they gave me the items and said it was a liability to put it together for me so yeah that didn't make me happy either.

Used daily for 3 years without issue until recently experiencing a lot of squeaking while in use. Also the fabric softener dispenser clogs quite easily. Otherwise a good value washer.

Horrible product. In hindsight I wish I would’ve spent an extra $100-$200 on a better brand because this broke 1 year later. We were 24 days past the warranty when the machine stopped correctly washing our clothes, had issues spinning, and was leaving clothes sopping wet. We contacted a repairman who contacted Insignia and they only made ONE part for this specific model that should replace what was wrong. We ordered the part and it didn’t fit. How does the ONE part made by the company not even fit the machine? Their customer service was HORRIBLE and not helpful and basically said there’s nothing they can do for us since we are out of warranty. They only offered that we send the useless part back. I will never purchase anything under this brand ever again.

I only wash 1 or 2 loads per week and I didn’t get 2 years of use. It is HORRIBLE about getting off balance. Even whe leveled properly and with a very light load. It just cannot balance due to shotty components. This was the biggest waste of money. Wish I had just opted for a washboard and a local stream. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst purchase ever - don’t waste your time or money. Bought in October to replace a 10 yr old LG front loader. We didn’t want to spend a fortune as this is a short term replacement as we are moving out of state and are not taking appliances. Even at that this washer sucks! Arrived dented, was given a $50 credit via a Best Buy card. Washer continuously throws up errors that it took too long to fill, and won’t continue until I reset - even though there is plenty Of water in the tub to wash. Example, just washed a tablecloth and two small microfiber rags. Machine was half full of water but wouldn’t complete the cycle due to the E1 error ( took too long to fill). Huge tub but it’s a waste if you can’t even wash a small load without this error. That’s not the only instance just an example. One day it took me six hours to wash two loads of clothes because of the constant errors, having to remove wet clothes and restart the machine just to get it to wash. None of these were overloads either, maybe six pairs of jeans in a huge tub! At this point I can’t wait to move away from this horrible machine! Oh by the way if you don’t buy the extended warranty Best Buy refers you to Insignia, who turns around and transfers you back to Best Buy. We had an appointment for Geek Squad to come out, but canceled it because the issue seemed to have resolved. Now it’s doing it again and I just don’t want the hassle of spending another hour on the phone trying to get another appointment.

I love this washing machine. The digital display is awesome and the features are way better than my last one. This machine was recommended to me and I would recommend it to anyone.

So we broke our old one dont ask how and i needed to get one and this is the one. I really like it is taller than me, so i still need steps for it but its good.

I purchased this for my mother in law who lives in another state. She was super excited and said this washer is awesome! She said she loves how it aggetates too!

The worst machine ever! I have had it maybe 6 months it has flooded my garage 4 times. It constantly has an error and stops. It takes for ever to wash clothes. The quick cycle is 50 minutes long for 6 pairs of socks

I read several reviews that the washer was delivered and it leaked. I failed to listen to these reviews. I received two washing machines on two different deliveries and they both leaked. Now I’m having trouble returning the dryer since I can’t get a matching set that works. Customer suppor And customer service are definitely lacking to handle this situation. It’s extremely frustrating. All of my phone calls are spent with the majority of time on hold waiting for a person to transfer me to someone else that still can’t help me. I’m sorry, Best Buy, terribly disappointed.

Good, simple washer. A few years now and we’re having some issues with the fabric softener dispenser because we’ve never used it.

I have had two of these washers they stop working after a 1 1/2 . Called the brand manufacturer and they cant do anything about it other than send a technician out and see what the problem is . Its going to cost more to fix it than when i 1st bought it . Only a year manufacturer warranty. So they know there is problems after the year is up. Best buy did replace the 1st one because its cheaper to replace than fix the 1st one . Dry is also working on and off . I would not recommend.

Nice looking! Only issue is that if you lean on the counter your tummy will turn it on. The warranty on the motor is 10 years which is more than other brands

Everything is great with my new washer, from the delivery and set up, to how it operates, love my washer, can’t wait to purchase the matching dryer
