I’ve had this washer for about 6 years. Machine constantly gives E4 unless the load is a full one. It has nothing to do with the leveling of the floor, I didn’t have issues at first now it does it all the time. No fix for issue that I’ve seen. I wish someone told me about this issue with this washer before I bought it. It’s a well known issue with it. Terrible washer, do not recommend.

 it worked fine for the first two years. I’ve had it since 2018 and it’s horrible. It’s rusting out already on the door hinge- it does not wring out the clothes anymore. I am so unhappy with this expensive washer! it’s nice that it can do big loads, but it doesn’t wring them out and you spend a lot more time drying it in the dryer. Loved my Kenmore agitator had it forever~ insignia machine is no good. 

The first washer broke the day it was delivered after the 3rd load (2 pairs of jeans and 5 t-shirts). Terrible burning smell and smoke. Best Buy was sympathetic, apologized, said he was "shocked" and this "never happens." Had to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. Better luck with the 2nd washer... but now I'm starting to smell a burning plastic/rubber smell when it spins, very reminiscent of the FIRST washer. We haven't even had it 5 months. So now I'm nervous! When it works, it works great! But if I had known this is what I would go through, I would not have purchased it.

Very nice washer, works beautifully and isnt super bulky. Only complaint is that I ended spending more than i originally wanted to on a new machine but overall very happy with my purchase

Initially really enjoyed this washer. I've had this washer for a little less than 6 months when it started leaking water. Thankfully, I bought the 3 year warranty and was notified by the repairman that it was a cracked drum cover and would of been a $300 repair without the warranty. I suggest if you get this washer to purchase the extra warranty and a water sensor to place next to it (it's like a fire alarm that alerts you to when there's water on the floor saved my butt). I did a medium load of laundry once a week so it's not like I was abusing it. Regardless you'd think a washer would last longer than 6 months. Think I'll start saving for a high end washer for when my 3 year warranty is up.

I've had this washer for almost two years now and it runs like new. It has a lot of settings and has not let us down yet. I would definitely recommend.

Had to send the washer back. Delivery guys could not hook up the new washer. Corroded line. The reviews were good.

We ordered the Insignia 4.1 cu. ft. High Efficiency NS-TWM41WH8Awasher and had it delivered. Driver hooked up and leveled the washer. We didn't use it until the following day. It started making a really loud banging noise and then shut off. We called Best Buy and spoke with a representative and we were told that it shouldn't be doing that. They scheduled to pick it up and replace it with a new one. Long story short, the second one was defective as well, did the same thing. To make matters worse, Best Buy billed us twice for the washing machine. Two weeks later, they still have not issued a refund. For me, getting two machines that were defective tells me there's something wrong with them. On top of that, there customer service is terrible. I have no problem with foreigners but the language barrier is a nightmare. I would not recommend buying this model washer, nor would I buy from Best Buy again due to the refund issues and hassle of the return process.

This washer is the biggest piece of garbage and waste of machinery on planet Earth. Literally did one load of laundry and it would not work after. Had it looked at, and leveled, still would not spin out. I would rather go through childbirth in the Middle Ages, without anesthesia than ever buy an Isignia product again.

The agitator is not continuous. It is intermittent.

I love my new washer. It’s so roomy and I can see through the top which is nice with the child lock feature. It also does a fantastic job of getting the clothes clean.

Weird controls. soil level means water level which doesn’t correspond to the level you would expect. order of wash progress doesn’t make sense at all. the 1st light is “soak” but there’s no water in machine yet then it goes to wash
