Clothes never really fully clean. Agitator came fully loose and been waiting a month for ordered part. The vendor Best Buy sent me to keeps saying ETA within a few days and it has been extended 4 times without notice or explanation.

More like worst buy.

For the last several months we’ve had this recurring issue where the automatic child locks engage when they shouldn’t, or engage but then we get an FD error which prevents the wash cycle from starting. We have to fiddle around with the thing for several minutes, turning it on and off, unplugging it and plugging it back in, messing around with the wash basket or door to see if we can trick the machine into doing what we bought it to do. I’ve looked up this error and basically the answer I get is that it’s a circuit board malfunction and I need to buy a whole new machine. Best Buy ought to do a better job with this stuff. It’s infuriating that something as simple as a washing machine can’t just work when I need it to. Zero stars.

If you are washing sheets, the sheets wrap around the bin, and the bottom part breaks out while the clothes are being washed. I wish I could give this washer a zero. Don't buy it, who designed it made a DUMB decision.

It lasted for a year and a half before it started leaking and the drum started banging so hard that it would move around the floor. Spent hours troubleshooting and $50 on new suspension rods before I gave up... oh yeah, it also started rusting even though we have a nice laundry room off of our kitchen.

Hasn't even been 6 months yet since I got this washer. I've tried to overlook how loud it is and the fact that it takes almost twice as long to wash my clothes now than it did with my previous washing machine. Now the latest issue is that I've been trying to wash the same item for 6 hours. It stops during the rinse cycle. When I turn it off, turn it back on, and program it to the drain and spin cycle, it literally fills all the way back up to the top with water (for this 1 small item), rinses again, drains, and does not spin leaving me with this big wet lump in my washing machine. I wish I had gone with GE or something because this machine is bad. I'm so frustrated
