But my experience with this washer was so TERRIBLE, that I have to share my review. I ordered this in store on 2 Saturdays ago. It got delivered on the following Wednesday. The delivery guy did a test run and it started leaking. So, he took it away and said they would have someone call to reschedule delivery for a replacement. 3 days later on Saturday, I received the replacement. Which had 2 dents on the side that happened during delivery. They still installed and did a test run. It ran fine while the delivery guy was here. But 20 mins after he left it was leaking again. leaked all over my laundry room floor and through the ceiling of the room below my laundry room. I wanted to exchange for a different brand, and I spent 3 days going back and forth with best buy and never got the problem resolved. So, frustrating I just asked for a refund. This washer looked nice, but I had a TERRIBLE experience with the leaking in both units.

It’s been replaced. Guess what? It broke again and now there is water all over my laundry room, no error code and the lid is locked so I can’t get my clothes out. If anything, buy something else because this is a headache that keeps breaking down over and over. Must be an Insignia thing because our Insignia refrigerator has been a problem too.

It abruptly stopped working. It refuses to power on. I may have to replace the entire machine. Insignia product support offered no help and suggested I purchase a new washer. Unbelievable!

Get the protection plan!

Water started lwaking out of the bottom as soon as it was installed. It was returned and a new unit arrived with the same issue. Very disappointed. I requested a full refund. I was told there was an issue with thr production line wit this particular brand. Best Buy shoud not be selling these units with known issues.

What a waste !!!

Since I have had the washer it makes loud noises switching cycles and now I was a large load and it only fills up half way. I’m so mad I bought this washer it was a waste of money no wonder they offer the warranty they already know what’s gonna happen. Not to mention the guys installed the water holes backwards

And the tub did not fill with water and just stared agitating with no water. Called bestbuy had to talk to 3 different people and wait about 15 minuets to get to right person. Than he tells me there are two things we can do an exchange but they can't start that until it shows delivered. Or can place an order for another one but I would wind up waiting for credit. So I have to wait until tomorrow Saturday to schedule an exchange, If that department works on staturdays
