I purchased this 2-3 months ago and realized that the fabric softener wasn’t draining at all and water was just pooling in and never draining. Kinda gross.

Never Worked

Customer support has us running around for no reason and lied multiple times in multiple phone conversations just trying to smooth over the issues. Ultimately, the washer never ended up working properly and was returned to the store. I will not buy anything from any best buy store ever again. The whole experience was horrible.

I was super excited to have a new unit since I've been running a part-time home daycare. (which requires LOTS of washing) I have had the unit about 5weeks and I'm So DISSAPPOINTED with it's performance. This machine washes 3-4 loads and then start displaying error codes. The machine will keep running the rinse cycle over and over again. I dread to see my water bill Yikes!! When I attempted to wash just light blankets they get stuck in the agitator. I'm constantly monitoring the machine, to see if it's going to actually, complete the cycle. I also noticed some of the clothing come out very wet. I really wish I would have researched this brand more...This is Not the ONE

Worst delivery experience of lifetime!!!!

Showed up at door and refused to deliver because I had not answered the phone 10 mins prior - even though v-mail did not ask me to do that. Drove away even though I answered the door within 2 mins of very light knocking, said doorbell was not working (sic)- appeared that delivery team had already decided that they were not going to deliver for some unknown reason. Very disappointed - wasted my whole day!! Never buy for Best Buy again!!!!

Call insignia and it’s BESTBUY. Can’t get someone to trouble shoot with us over the phone. Nothing. Have to pay to return it. Not enough room allowed to put the rest of the issues here. Don’t do it!!

Just had to pay to scrap it after one year

So you wait to get a slot and your warranty is ticking by. You will need a warranty because this is a very common problem with this model. Also the manufacturer is very unhelpful.

First had to replace the water intake valve cause it leaked into the back of the washer. Now it doesn't drain or spin correctly. Cycles over and over again. Junk

Best Buy is not a good company to work with either. INSIGNIA might be cheaper, but do your self a favor and spend an extra $100 to get a name brand. I live alone and do little laundry. Very poor return on a $500 investment. Cost to fix by Geek Squad equaled cost if a new machine. I do not recommend this Best Buy product at all.

Digital panel did not work properly. Had been used before because after pickup and unloading it water was drained in my trunk floor and visually you could see multiple scratches and dents from previous usage or demo exposure in store. Horrible install and washer

She had the maintenance people install it and tried running it again, but there was something wrong with the washer, so it flooded again. The installer didn't even hook up the dryer so not sure if it works. Stick with Insignia televisions.
