Best Buy said they normally last only three years, so tough luck. The repairman who came to look at it said they are low quality machines. We'll never buy another Insignia again.

Worked fine until a week ago when water was discovered all over my floor and an E1 error code. Washer was re-set and today it just stops in the middle of a cycle. No error code or anything just stops. A $549 washer while may be cheap should not be having issues at 5 months with only 3-4 loads of laundry washed a week!

Wouldn't recommend at all. But have to deal with it for now. Just bought it about 4 weeks ago maybe even just 3.

I bought this new and the spin motor went out in less than 2 years. Insignia does not offer any replacement parts for repairing their machines and neither does anyone else. When you email customer support they basically tell you too bad! I will never buy another one of their products again. Be warned!

EVERYTHING comes out wrinkled. Clothes I have owned for a while that I have NEVER had to iron come out a total mess of wrinkles. I hate to iron and have always avoided clothing that requires an iron. Now EVERYTHING requires an iron, even my jeans.
