Overall, I feel like you get what you pay for- not too bad, but not great either. My major complaint is how loud it is! I’m not sure it’s”normal” to be this loud, but it runs a complete load and seems like other than the loud noise, it’s working correctly. I like the size- plenty big for our family of 4. It fits large blankets, towels, etc. with no problem. Only had one load go unbalanced so far.

Not quiet, but does a great job cleaning the clothes and has a lot of options. Book does not show how to use "sense" option.

I guess they really needed the extra $60 dollars
