    seems to be oversize thn average washer - doesn't fit in standard laundrey room dimesions. tub to deep have to stand a stool to reach bottom of tub- way to bulky sticks way ou from other appliances

    I cannot review the item because they canceled my delivery, and still charged me. I was told by "chat" customer service it was dented so they took it back as I sat here waiting the full 4 hours of the delivery window. Then when I went into the store I got an entirely different story that they came an hour before the delivery window but had a very old number, even though I double checked all that when I purchased it. So long story short, all customer service is outsourced to foreign countries who could care less and have no knowledge of your purchase other than what you yourself can pull up. The employees tend to just tell you what you want to hear to get you off their backs, and I was really polite! Consequently I am fighting to just get my refund while they keep promising someone will call me to work out a resolution...and no one calls.

    The spin cycles are louder than I feel like they should be!! Otherwise it is a low cost washer that does its job.

    My washing machine was delivered damaged. Best Buy offered a $100 gift card as compensation. I hesitantly accepted the gift card. The next morning, I contacted Best Buy asking if I could do an exchange instead. The agent said I could but we needed to wait for the gift card to the issued to be able to cancel it and process the exchange. He said I could exchange/return it until 1/15/2026. I called back two more times and received the same information. Now I am being told I cannot do an exchange since the gift card was issued. I documented all three agents' names and case numbers from my previous calls. This is unacceptable misleading customer service. Best Buy needs to do better.

    All other functions work good but the one flaw we seem to have is if you dont spend time balancing your clothes out the washer will stop on unbalanced load ...and its like 4 out of 10 washes this happens
