Loud but functions nice.

This machine was much louder during wash. But it did have more options and a much better spin than the LG. I would have kept if it wasn't loud and in an area where we sit as I don't have a separate laundry room; it is in my kitchen.

It threw unbalanced errors. After Best Buy refused to just refund our money, we waited on a replacement machine. It sometimes works, 60% times stops in mid-cycle with unbalanced error code. There is loads of ways the book tells you to “fix” this, none of which work. It definitely will never work washing bedding, or rugs. No matter how many times you adjust the distribution in the washer, it says it’s unbalanced and will not finish. Mind you, I’m 67, I have done more laundry than you can even imagine. I have never had trouble with a washer, balancing. It is not user error. We would never recommend buying this particular machine, and most certainly, we will never buy anything again from Best Buy. The whole weeks-long process was an aggravating nightmare.

It has had to be replaced twice sonce this spring. Luckily it was under best buy warranty, but it hasn't been a quick fix either time.
