    This washer would not stay balanced so they sent us a different one but the same brand and model and it did it as well so now we’re expecting the 3rd washer this Saturday different brand and model I sat in the store for 3.5 hours waiting to see what they could do for me they ended up giving me $50 off the difference of the 2 washers I would not recommend buying your major appliances from Best Buy

    I love my new Insignia 4.1 Cu Ft top load washer. It has so many options and works as well as big name brands.best value for the money I would definitely recommend it.

    It’s a ok washer. It barely uses water. Barely agitates. It doesn’t wash like I’d like. For the price it should work better.
