I went from having a washer with no agitator, to one with an agitator..I like this washer but have noticed a lot of my clothes suddenly getting snags and loose threads. :(

We’ve had this for about 2 weeks now. Overall, I feel like you get what you pay for- not too bad, but not great either. My major complaint is how loud it is! I’m not sure it’s”normal” to be this loud, but it runs a complete load and seems like other than the loud noise, it’s working correctly. I like the size- plenty big for our family of 4. It fits large blankets, towels, etc. with no problem. Only had one load go unbalanced so far.

Love love this dryer it does what I need haven't used all the features yet but love how dry my clothes are on one cycle.

Great washer for someone that does not do lots of washing.

My clothes come out clean. Love the see through top with the soft close. Also love the various wash settings. One cycle is a bit loud. Sounds like a garage door opening. Overall good machine.

Deep drum easy control panel great for two person household

My washing machine was delivered damaged. Best Buy offered a $100 gift card as compensation. I hesitantly accepted the gift card. The next morning, I contacted Best Buy asking if I could do an exchange instead. The agent said I could but we needed to wait for the gift card to the issued to be able to cancel it and process the exchange. He said I could exchange/return it until 1/15/2026. I called back two more times and received the same information. Now I am being told I cannot do an exchange since the gift card was issued. I documented all three agents' names and case numbers from my previous calls. This is unacceptable misleading customer service. Best Buy needs to do better.

Great washing machine, gets clothes clean, almost dry after spin

This washer had potential But the designers didn't think it through. The auger type center agitator was the right idea, but it is locked with the agitator at the bottom therefore it won't pull the clothes down under the water. I confirm this by using powdered laundry detergent and placed it on top of the clothes and started the cycle. The wash cycle completed and before it started to spin I looked at the clothes and most of the powder wasn't even wet, not to mention this washer comes with a lid with a glass top. So you can actually see what's going on when the washer is running. The paddles at the bottom are so small they barely churn up the water even with no clothes in the machine.

I love this washer for how big the tub is. It cleans very well and agitates the clothes awesomely and really gets them clean.

Cleans clothes a lot better than the washplate models. Actually uses water. What a concept! Very noisy. When you select warm water it keeps shutting the hot water on and off during the fill cycle. Loud bang every time it does this, about six times during the warm water selection. Won' t bother you if you leave the house every time you wash clothes. Like I said, does a good job cleaning clothes, just get some earplugs.

Love this. Has many options and cycles. Efficient.

Excellent product with good price, good size, great features

The spin cycle did not work. I put the spin only cycle on, and the washer literally filled the tube up with water, then would not spin, or would give uneven error code. The third attempt to wash with a spin cycle, it lasted 3.5 hours for a light wash. The tube seemed to be out of balance from the start.
