Balancing nightmare

Loud but functions nice.

This machine was much louder during wash. But it did have more options and a much better spin than the LG. I would have kept if it wasn't loud and in an area where we sit as I don't have a separate laundry room; it is in my kitchen.

Stear Clear and dontour homework

Initially we chalked it up to it being so different from our old washer but as i write this, 4 months to the day of purchase, we've attempting to contact someone because the door broke. There has been an awful smell coming from this machine, the detergent drawer is always full of water, it throws codes left and right, and now a clip on thw door is broken, rendering a 4 month old washing machine non-functional. I would NOT recommend purchasing.

Very disappointed

A technician had to be sent out, and now I’m being told it will take over a week just to order the part and complete the repair. For such a new machine, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better reliability and service, and at this point I wish returning the machine were an option.

It has had to be replaced twice sonce this spring. Luckily it was under best buy warranty, but it hasn't been a quick fix either time.
