Very happy with this, i recommend for sure this product.

The insignia washer has been great. It was a large capacity while still have the center agitator (which most newer washer don’t have). With the agitator the clothes are kept optimal position for washing and come out nice and clean. Wash times can be longer but that is based on type of laundry and load size. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

Would not buy again. Although Insignia/Haier/Chinese appliance does the washing ok and I am glad to have an agitator again to distribute the load, it is rather inconvenient to use. The tub is so deep you have to stand on tiptoe to get things out of the bottom. The cheapish plastic lid is so large that the washer cannot be pushed under cabinet or it will not open! Even with losing almost a foot of floor space by installer pulling it out further, the door still hits the cabinet door handles, so I had to create a makeshift handle pad. Not only do I have to stand on tiptoe for removing, I also have to stand on tiptoe to get the detergent off shelf too. If I want something from upper shelf of cabinet, I have to stand on a chair! I just hope nothing falls in space behind washer as it will be a pain to try to get behind this big machine. Since side doors can eventually leak, future washer buys will now require checking lid size as well as washer dimensions!

Not fancy but it works great. No issues so far i would purchase this brand again.
