Even the delivery driver mentioned that this particular model was not a good appliance and highly recommended getting the warranty, which was concerning to hear at the time of delivery. It was disappointing to receive a product that was not functional from the start. I ended up returning both units because I need appliances that work reliably. While I understand cost matters, quality and functionality matter more in the long run. I hope this feedback helps improve product quality and customer experience moving forward.
