The only thing if anything that I needed help with is that the tub is very deep and for someone like me (5'3) will need a step stool to reach all the way in. Other then that It works great.

The glass lid lets me see inside while washing and how much water is in the tub. I like the delicate cycle and the pre soak feature . The washer has all the features I need to get my clothes clean.

The first time it happened, the technician Best Buy sent couldn't find the problem and asked us to just contact them if it ever happened again. It happened again, but now we're just barely outside of the warranty, so they won't come and fix it. Not happy with my purchase at all now. But one star is a bit harsh for a washer that more or less did its job for a little over a year, albeit loudly. The washer it replaced lasted six years, and I'd bought it second hand for $50. This one was an extreme disappointment by comparison.

It literally shakes the plumbing throughout the house as it stops and starts filling water. It’s in our basement yet we can hear and feel it from every room in the house.

I bought this washer and dryer set in March and it went out in May. The nails rusted, the tub then got a hole from the nails not holding the outer and inner tub together. Then the suspenders went out, causing the washing machine to shake violently every time it goes on the spin cycle (nothing is in the tub but water). The drain pump also went out causing the water to leak all over the floor. Overall the washing machine was terrible and it is still not fixed.
