Protection plan covers a replacement if they can't fix jt, but then you need to buy a new plan after replacement.

The lid locked with my clothes inside and won’t open. Would not recommend. This is disappointing that an expensive appliance broke so quickly. We did not purchase the extended warranty and when I called today I was told to call an appliance repair person.

Multiple deliveries cancelled or no-shows by Bestbuy despite promises, including on the morning of scheduled delivery days. Bestbuy actually initially sold me an item that was out of stock and not on back order. Eventual delivery was over two months late. Missed three days of work. Compensation:$75 gift card. Very disappointed.

We tried the online factory resets with no luck. We have wet clothing in the washer and was told that 12 days was the soonest to get a tech out to look at the washer. Top notch customer service Best Buy. Top Notch.
