My mistake was not getting the protection plan. About a month ago it stopped agitating. Called local repair shops only to be learn that it's difficult to find parts. Best Buy geek squad quoted $100 just to look at it. Do yourself a favor and atay away from this brand.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.buying this washer and dryer set has been a horrible experience from start to finish. first of all i bought the dryer open box and after about three or four loads the belt broke. had to wait two weeks for geek squad to show up. then they had to order the belt. two weeks later on the next scheduled appointment date they called and said the belt was unable to be ordered. and i needed to pay the full cost of the dryer (unopened box) as a replacement. apparently they cannot get parts to fix this appliance. DO NOT BUY!! my second issue with the whole situation is that when i ordered the washer brand new, it was damaged on the side. i ended up with to damaged appliances and one that didnt work. i suggest spending a few more $ for a better quality washer and dryer.

Do not recommend didn't last long at all

It did okay for a little bit but then clothes started to come out dirty and I would have to re wash them. Now it is throwing E2 Code and so I took the drain pipe off and checked the drain pump and there was nothing blocking it from draining but it still will not drain.

Poor Service for parts

I already paid for installation and made an installation appointment, but now I won,t have the hose when they come. That's ridiculous!!!
