Although it holds an extra-large load and has ample settings, it seems to give errors quite often when washing, and I don't feel like it washes as well as a front load - maybe because it sits in the dirty water like the old-style washers.

I stick with the insignia brand and add the Geek squad 5 year care plan. Usually still lower cost then buying a major brand. Only down side my washer is now priced 100$ less then what I paid a couple of weeks ago.

Not reliable and the service technician doesn’t seem to be able to diagnose the issue. Spin cycle is weak clothes come out dripping wet.

First time using a agitator washer as I have owned always Impeller types in the past. Skeptical about this washer at first, but does a good job of cleaning clothes with less water. Seems to take a little longer, but I use the quick wash feature to reduce the time. Decent price, pickup was easy (item was out of stock), and friendly service!

My only complaint so far, is that it isn't for a short person. The drum inside is so deep that I can't reach the bottom of it and require a step to do so.
