I like this adapter. It is very useful, but there is a major con. It disconnects randomly. Sometime for a few seconds, but others for a few minutes. Had to restart my console once. Playing multiplayer games is very frustrating having this issue. Unfortunately, i can not return this item and exchange for a new one... Seems like good buy but i've seen a few reviews with the same issue. If the disconnecting was not an issue, it would be a five star.

I'm not as happy with this as I thought I would be. It works but I just don't think it's as helpful as I thought it would be. I don't think it charges as fast or the same as if the items are plugged into the playstation directly.

Bulky. Does what its supposed to (adds two usb ports) but slows down response time.

This product works as expected. Fits nice on my PS4 Pro and allows me to keep everything plugged in at once (controller charger, headset receiver, external hard drive)

Its good if you need extra usb ports to connect extra cables like a charger or external memory.

I love this and I bought it because I needed to plug in my mouse,keyboard,and external hard drive and this usb thing helped a lot.

Its a nice tool, the reason i put 3 stars is due the need to disconnect it if you want to plug a USB drive

Needed more usb ports for the PSVR. This is perfect. Now I can charge both move controllers, a ps4 controller and have the psvr plugged in all at the same time

Bought thinking I could run my extended drive and accessories. It will run accessories but not extended drive

Insignia 4 port high speed usb port is very useful and you can connect many devices to your machine and it’s working very fast

This item is convienient for gamers. Especially when you are trying to charge your phone, controller, and have your blue tooth headset hooked up all at once.

Particularly on the ps4 pro, it doesn't block off any functionalities (in fact, it makes hitting the eject button easier, imo) and it gives me the new usb slots I needed.

This is the most needed accessory it give you 4 usb ports that give you opportunity to step up you game add a hard drive or a controller

The 4 ports keeps cords organized, can be labeled for easy use & adds more ports for convenience. Well made construction & would recommend

I just put this on my ps4 pro by the way and it was very East to setup by the way you just plug it in and it was ready to go by the way.

This product works for its intended purpose and it can be used for both regular PS4 and PS4 pro. I have bad connection from time to time but I think it's more about PS4 than this connector.

worked for both systems. the pro and regular versions. easy installation. now i don't have to choose between charging my controllers or headset.

Bought this and wasn’t paying attention that it mounts on front. Wanted it for the back. So for me not what I wanted but that’s my fault. Product works as described.

It with a great. The only issue I have is in the design. It covers the disc drive. Do you have to constantly take it off to put in and remove disk. Other than that it’s good.
