I already have a charger cable and the PSVR plugged in, so when I kept getting the error message about not being able to download (despite having over 80GB of free space on my internal hard drive) I purchased a external hard drive along with this. Lo and behold, it DOES NOT WORK with an external hard drive. When you open it, it says on there incompatible as those need to be plugged directly in to the system. Hmmm, MIGHT WANT TO PUT THAT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX NEXT TIME BEST BUY! Waste of time and money, now i have to return it.
