It is important to consider that this device was not designed to be used with external hard drives and I want you to know that you can take advantage of the 15 day return period that Best Buy grants you to exchange your product for the correct one directly at the Customer Service counter with your receipt in hand.

Bummer

I wouldn't recommend this item.
