What a waste of $20. I know the USB drives are in working order because when I plug them directly into the computer they are recognized This was recommended by a BBY employee. I noticed now that it says it is for up to Windows 8. I have 10. I never thought to ask if it would work with 10. The employee should have asked me.

Works great, but have an issue
