use of the4 port USB hub on the laptop computer provides for multiple users of smart phones to allow keeping 2 phones always charged and keep printer and wireless mouse ports active.

One of my home camera DVR USB port was not working and by plugging this new INSIGNIA USB hub to the other port operating I had additional ports again. I was able to download my recordings to a removable USB stick. Great purchase

I love insignia devices and this one is no different. Great price and it works exactly how it is supposed to. I use it with my surface pro 3 when I have it hooked to my tv so I can use a wireless keyboard mouse and flash drive at the same time.

I have my iPhone charger, a gamepad for my gaming, my mouse, and my fitbit bluetooth sensor plugged into it and then have that plugged into an extension and is able to register all the different devices and operates them with amazing precision.

Bought this mainly for use with my PS4 so I could have my controller and headphones in one Jack while my external hard drive was in the last port, and so far it has worked great!

Easy to use. Plug and play. I was limited with just 4 USB ports but had 4 specialty printers. I couldn't plug in my camera or memory stick. What a great, inexpensive solution to my problem.

My new Dell was extremely limited on USB ports. The expands them perfectly. Alot of the expansion ports do not support charging. This one does.

i bought this to be able to play 2p games on my modded ps1 classic since second control port is in use by the flashdrive. you just plug this in first slot connect both controllers and it works 5/5

My wife is using a laptop with only one USP port, taken up by the Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. This 4-port hub allows me to connect my wife's web camera for music lessons and whatever else needs to be connected.

My tablet only has one USB port. If I have to plug in my wireless mouse or a portable printer, I'm short. This is excellent for that quick moment when you need an extra port. Small enough to carry, but large enough that you won't misplace it.

I was not looking for this product, but was intrigued when I saw it, most tablets today offer a single USB port, limiting the number of devices I could use with my Surface tablet. Now I can connect my external HD nd my receiver for the wireless mouse and keyboard as well as attach my external DVD device!

I was looking for a hub that would allow me to get more than just the two USB ports on my laptop. This allows me to have 5 (the four with this, and the one left over), and so far has worked flawlessly.

I love how compact it is! It will be perfect for travel and it is currently plugged into my laptop which allows me to keep my iPhone charging, my speakers working, and the external DVD drive. Couldn’t ask for more!

It services its purpose to increase available ports. I was running out of ports to use on the computer because one of the port on the computer wasn't working.

I have one USB port in the center console of my 2011 Subaru, but wanted to be able to charge multiple devices while on the road. This little device does the trick nicely, while enabling me to keep an uncluttered appearance in the car.

It's not as fast as USB 3.0, but then again I didn't have to pay for USB 3.0 or use a power cable. I ran out of ports on my computer and this helped me to expand and be able to plug in more devices. Thumbs up.
