I bought this to use my digital audio equipment with my surface pro3. It worked well. It's getting to the point where the computer is so small, the peripherals are the same size but you can't complain if you need power for the hub.

Like the external power supply for some power hungry devices.

I bought two of them because of all the external hard drives I have use. Plus I have 2 external Blu-ray burners and burn a lot of disc's.

Works great. AC adapter is a little big but the product works perfect. 3.0 as promised. Works good with plug and play. I have my external, mouse and an iphone pluged in no problem

This unit does allow for the additional USB connections. The problem I have is that when I plug my iPhone6 to I have to disconnect the splitters USB connection from the computer and plug it back in for the iPhone to charge from the splitter. Other than that, the unit was worth the money.

Allowed me to take advantage of the USB 3.0 speed for newer devices

Used with multiple usb hubs, worked wellwith my system.

This jub is great, it connects up to four peripherals.

If you are trying to pass audio interfaces through this, you may want to reconsider. I got pops and clicks in my audio. Plugged the interface straight into my computer and it worked fine, but plug it straight into o the computer and it worked fine.

This is a good product but wish I had gotten the six ports.

Reads thumb drives just fine, but is hit or miss on external hard drives. It'll recognize my Seagate, but not my Fantom. The power cord is inconveniently short, but only seems to be needed for charging things; it'll read drives without the power cord.

This product works just like it should, and is out of the way.

If you want to link together more USB 3.0 devices, then this hub works. It's got a power adapter included, so it does work well enough to power a Rift or other devices.

With the amount of devices I have connected to my computer this was a must and it works great. Definitely worth the purchase. Now I have all the ports I could ever want.

It works good just like any other hub.I just wish the power cable was a little longer it is kind of short.I do not really have any problems with the Insignia Brand.

I needed to move from a USB 2.0 hub to 3.0 and didn't think I would see such a change in speed. I was amazed how much faster the 3.0 hub sped the data moving times.
