Within 2 weeks of having the product, one of the 4 ports has already died. If you are really needing 4 ports, I would not recommend purchasing this product

I had to unplug and reinsert the usb cable from the hub in order to get the devices back. After unplugging and reinserting the usb cable several tims, the female part of the plug inside the hub broke off and into the hub, There was no fixing the problem . The hub is cheaply made. I returned it for a refund.
