I use this to have more ports on my Xbox One S. Work great. Had an issue a few months ago where my headset and controller would constantly disconnect. After unplugging data cable, accessories, and power cords waiting 20 minutes and re plugging it in it has worked fine.

Had purchased a 10 port unit at another "Computer Store" and recognized when I needed another smaller unit for another computer that Best Buy had a good price. Some USB connected items aren't working as well with this one as expected, (Not Unusual), but overall am very satisfied.

Bought one about 2 years ago and it has performed so well that when I needed more ports I just bought another one. Works great with my MacBook Pro and makes docking to peripherals quick and easy.

have been using this for years now and had zero issues. Still working great as of ~ 4 years later

Needed a 3.0 USB router since one of my ports on my computer went bad. This fits the bill. It was cheap and works great! Very fast transfer speeds I'm getting.

I bought it because I needed more ports on my PC and it made it more easier for me to connect USB easier instead of reaching behind my computer.

Great way to connect my new mini Mac. More ports for the liking.

It's my first time to buy and use Insignia product and so far I find it excellent. I have no problem since I bought it. Easy to use.

This product works great with my MacBook Pro. I am very pleased with performance and quality.

Wish it was USB powered, but gets the job done pretty well. haven't had any issues with this.

The hub works very well and powers multiple USB devices with no problems. The USB connections are tight enough, but the AC power connection to the hub is too loose, so the AC disconnects if the hub is moved or bumped. I use tape to keep the AC cord securely connected, a minor annoyance, but that's what keeps this from getting 5 stars.

All four ports are powered by the external power supply which is included.

This hub is a nice size and fits right into my work area. I really like the always on high current option for charging devices. One odd thing, though. I use external hard drives for backups and thumb drives for various purposes. If I plug them into my system or its dock, no problem. But if I plug them into this hub, some work and some don't. My Western Digital My Passport Ultras (2 of them) don't work when connected to this hub. One SanDisk thumb drive works, one doesn't. A Lexar thumb drive works. Given that all devices work when plugged into my Dell Laptop directly or into its dock, but not all of them work when plugged into this hub, my guess is that something is off with the hub. Maybe I just got a bad one.

3.0 usb is super fast on this thing... only problem is the cable it comes with is small but its still great

Bought this to take advantage of the USB 3.0 speed. Connected it to my HP PC, didn't work. Needed to upgrade 3.0 driver after WIN 10 upgrade. After that, plugged in multiple flash drives. Spacing between ports is too tight, can get 2 plugged in straight on, third is connected at an angle. No room for fourth. If, the ports were spaced apart a little more, this would be perfect for my needs. With AC adapter attached, able to charge phone and/or tablet. Thinking about returning.

Plugged it into Debian LINUX desktop. Unit is detected but the disk attached to it is NOT. Would probably have a work around but I just need it as an extension since BB stopped selling USB 3 extension cables

Works great, and love the blue led lights. With the 4-port powered hub, you won't lose usb power like a lot of other hubs w/many ports, or self-powered ones. I'm satisfied w/this purchase.

Good Value for its price. Size is right and usb cord is a little short.

Love it. I really needed this to use my accessories.
