It was no fault of best buy or any associate. I got this, thinking it was a USB powered hub. It turned out to be a DC powered hub, and since I grabbed the wrong one, I ended up needing to bring it back. There was no issue with the product though, and it was well packaged. If you're looking for a DC powered hub, this is a great small option
