Works either plugged into the wall & computer or just the computer. No instructions needed. Though I believe it had some. All you need is to plug the cables in their respective slots.

This hub did the trick! I added this to my surface to connect a keyboard and a mouse.

this is great to add more 3.0 type-a ports but, i was looking for a 3.2 type-c hub with charging abilities. it is nice that it is backwards compatable with 2.0 stuff.

I actually purchased this hub and needs of having multiple USB ports because I have an arcade system and it works perfectly with that. I was able to add on games from my other drives and upload them with ease

effective but must be plugged in to a electric outlet. It will get the job done.

Did not need more than a 4 port hub. This met the need. Sets up very quickly. Works well with either windows 10 or XP (if you still have a laptop of this type.

Works until you put a SSD into it, and then malfunctions with nearby wireless devices. Moved it away from all wireless dongles and disconnected the SSD, reorganized all my usb cords, and it seems to be working nicely now.

The only weakness in my new All-In-One Dell was only having three USB ports in the back adding this was an excellent way to add for more ports that are easily accessible underneath the front of the computer.

Does what I need it to do with no issues. Going to need another one soon.

I use this to make USB ports easy access on my desk, as my laptop is docked and off to the side. Works as expected, and the ability to charge USB devices is great. No complaints thus far.

Pretty straightforward, easy to set up, streamlines desk. Can't speak to longevity yet.

Works great to add additional ports. I was always having to unplug and plug in different accessories due to the limited usb ports on my computer, but this is a super convenient solution.

I’ve had this product for about a year and this device is constantly and consistently disconnected due to the slightest movements in it’s environment. Originally it was okay and worked as needed but now the cable ports seemed to be worn out after 1 year

This was an excellent product. Best Buy never disappoints.

I need one that has more ports but this one will due for now. I plug my flash drives in this port and downloads with great speed. I need more than four ports, do you guys make one like that?

Works great and provides ability to utilize multi devices when televisions do not have enough HDML Connections.

Used this handy little device to cope with traveling in my Mother's car that only had one working USB port yet we had 3 phones and a GPS that needed power. This worked great! Was not an inexpensive fix but it was efficient.
