Unfortunately, even if all the ports lighted up and were receiving power, all the ports stopped working so I returned it.

The replacement went bad in the exact same way. I keep it velcro'd to my desk, so it never moves, and I rarely have to plug/unplug anything into it, as it's used for keyboard and trackball.

While I had no issue with this usb hub, I think you could probably find a better hub for less money at other online retailers.

Despite being a powered hub, its device charging capabilities are limited to a mere trickle. If all you want are more USB ports, then its fine. But what's the point of adding a power cable to it if it doesn't charge your devices? For crying out loud, the cable is black--it's not even like its an aesthetically pleasing useless thing to add to your product?

Slow USB3.2ss hub 35MB/s at best

I can only get 35MB/s and that's with one device connected. Additional device will split the speed. This hub is connected to a true USB3.2ss port.
