This tv doesn't have features that werre available on my older sets:
The ability to punch in station numbers.
Program info.
The ability to set srceen size.
The ability to remove staions from the schedule with duplicate station numbers.

3months in the tv stopped working, we reset then it would not connect to remote. brought to the Geek Squad for fix and they were unable to.

It's one month into this TV being hooked up....and TV does not respond to the remote. Changed battery. Reset tv and still does not pair. Got a new remote TV does not pair. UUGHHHHHH.

This is definitely a get what you pay for scenario. Picture wuality is horrible. There are bleeding artifacts everywhere. I suppise that is whatvyou get for a $129 40” TV. My adice is dont be swayed by the cheap price. Spend a little more for sone that has some assemblance of picture quality.

I’ve had this TV for almost 3 months. After a month of having this TV, I’ve experienced this tv turn off & on countless times. I’ve been on Google, Reddit, factory reset, update anything you can think of; I tried to see if it’ll stop the tv from cutting off & on. Even trying a Ethernet cord to see if that would work. Nothing works! If anyone ever thinks about getting this TV, I would definitely research & double think before buying this TV. It sucks! & I’m highly disappointed!

Honestly was not happy with the whole process #1 I ordered from Amazon but it was shipped from Best Buy #2 the original delivery date was push back “real inconvenience had to pay a neighbor to get my tv from outside because I was at work when delivered when the original delivery date was perfect btw #3 the tv did not work at all had to pay uber to take the tv back to the store for service it was not a good service the whole process was disappointing

Showed up a few days before going on vacation and couldn’t give attention to it for a week after we returned because I work full time and I’m a mom. Took it out of the box and there’s a huge hole in the bottom corner and Best Buy won’t replace it because it was past the 15 day warranty. BTW, the 15 day warranty starts the day you buy it, not once you have it in your possession. I’ll change my review when I can actually plug it in and review the product

Product worked for about 2 weeks before it was unable to connect to WiFi. Sent it out to get it repaired, worked for 1 day and is broken again. The tv is completely useless if it can’t connect to WiFi. Also don’t factory reset it if u want your remote to connect because it will also stop working.
