Works great. Good picture quality. Not a fan of the FireTV ui, but that's not essential to the functioning of the tv.

I’ve had the TV for a few months. Initially great. Slow start like a Roku but worth it when ready. Good picture. Great integrations. Easy interface. The best parental code of any OS. Kids can’t tell what numbers you’re typing. Genius. There are already programs you’re ok with them seeing but they are only available on adult permissions. But I wouldn’t buy the TV again. We have Roku on another device. We have Apple TV on another TV. We have Alexa devices and wanted to control time TV at least off and on but still can’t figure it out. The real problem is the OS. It’s worked great and quick enough from the start. Then it started getting updates and now every time I turn it on It freezes — sometimes for hours if you leave it. It’ll also randomly say the remote is updating and not to touch any buttons. But it’ll never turn off. I found out that I can hit the back button to keep going though so that’sa lesser issue now. But the freezing is a real problem. Scoured forums. Tried suggestions. I’m just tired of it all now. No other device I’ve had had this kind of trouble within months of owning. I wish I could turn this thing. Try a plain TV with a good screen and Roku. Apple TV also works better. Neither is perfect. But you are rarely stuck like this one. It has high ratings so I must be rare. But I’ve spent so many hours trying to find solutions and trying things that eventually require the steps again. Just worn out now. I just want to relax, watch TV for 10 minutes then get back to the life demands. But I can’t get that 10 minutes in my man cave most the time anymore.

This is my first time buying this brand and I must say I'm impressed with the picture quality. I would say it is a must buy for the price.

I'm now happy with this TV. I did have trouble at first with it keeping a connection to the internet, but I haven't had an issue with that in several weeks. I like that it is Alexa enabled because when it is left on at night I can just ask Alexa to turn off the TV instead of searching for a remote. Another nice feature is it looks like this has a nice apps store. A problem we've had with older smart TVs is that they couldn't get newer apps, so you can get Netflix but not Disney+. It doesn't look to be an issue here. My only complaint now is I haven't found a way to start up the TV directly to the satellite input. Not a big thing, but it would be nice to set some other default.

Great brand. My daughter loves this fire TV. This is my third one. Can't beat the price for what you get.
